MBM’s business hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding recognized holidays.  Emergency and After Hours Service Calls may be placed 24 hours a day.  This option is for those calls that require immediate attention.

MBM’s automated phone system will prompt the caller for information and then page the technician on-call.  The caller will receive a return call within 30 minutes. 
Service is available in most metropolitan areas throughout the United States.  MBM provides nationwide service.  Emergency Service is available in most metropolitan areas, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

 

NOTE: There is a $50.00 fee per emergency call.   In addition, a premium will be added to the hourly service rate charge for emergency calls.
